The Stables offer eight ensuite bedrooms designed for comfort, privacy, and flexibility. Bedrooms 1–5 are spacious mezzanine rooms, each featuring three single beds on the upper level and a cosy seating area with bathroom below—ideal for groups who want their own space. Bedrooms 6–8 are ground-floor doubles, each with a private ensuite, providing easy access and a quieter retreat from the main social areas.

Overview
Welcome to The Stables at TyneView Estate. Upon arriving in the car park, follow the signage to the discreet entrance gate located between the Stables block and the Farmhouse. Step inside and you’ll find eight individually numbered bedroom doors set around the main courtyard—each one a beautifully converted stable. Continue along the path and you’ll reach the entrance to the impressive open-plan barn conversion, home to the main social living space.
The Stables offer eight private ensuite bedrooms. Rooms 1–5 are mezzanine-style units featuring upper-level sleeping areas, with a seating space and bathroom downstairs—ideal for guests who enjoy a little extra privacy away from the communal areas. Rooms 6–8 are ground-floor double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom for added convenience.
Inside the main living space, the northern end features a spacious modern kitchen complete with an island and bar stools, while the southern windows provide stunning views across Team Valley and towards Newcastle city centre. A large 20-seat dining table sits along the far wall, and internal bi-fold doors help define the space.
The living area at the southern end offers comfortable sofas, armchairs, rugs, and a smart TV—plenty of room for socialising, relaxing, playing games, and spending time together.
Step through the bi-fold doors onto the expansive wraparound patio, where you’ll find a hot tub and outdoor seating. As you move towards the hot tub, the right-hand side is bordered by woodland and a beck, creating a secluded, peaceful atmosphere with ample lawn space for games and summer enjoyment.
