Overview
Welcome to the Farmhouse at TyneView Estate, a beautifully restored Grade II listed home blending historic character with modern comfort. As you arrive in the car park, you’ll enter through a secure coded gate and follow the path to the main porch—the oldest part of the property—where a spacious kitchen and large dining area await. This section of the farmhouse also hosts four bedrooms across two floors, including a generous attic room sleeping five, and three first-floor bedrooms sleeping seven more guests, complete with an ensuite and a family bathroom.
From the kitchen, step into the Farmhouse Games Room, featuring a pool table, darts board and Smart TV. Double doors lead out to a cosy courtyard with seating and a firepit, creating a perfect summer hangout for relaxing and socialising. A modern family bathroom sits just off the games room, offering a freestanding bath, separate shower and His-and-Hers sinks—ideal for groups getting ready for a night out in Newcastle.
Continue through to the expansive living area, centred around a warming gas fire and the standout feature of the property: a large, fully equipped bar with a fridge, ice maker, sink and sliding fridge. With four couches and a selection of armchairs, this inviting space is perfect for unwinding after long days or cold northern evenings.
Two additional bedrooms with modern ensuites, sleeping six further guests, complete the accommodation inside the farmhouse.
